The Pre-Placement Training at SRTTC aims to bridge the gap between industrial expectations and institutional inputs. The Training & Placement Cell (T&P Cell) conducts sessions to equip students with the necessary confidence and technical skills, helping them excel in their fields.

To thrive and become masters in today's competitive global scenario, our T&P Cell and placement committee arrange interviews and pre-placement training.

Pre-placement training boosts the confidence of graduating students who might lack experience in handling technical interviews and placement processes. The training prepares students to crack aptitude tests, personal interviews, and become confident performers. It covers communication skills, soft skills, body language, and fundamental concepts, helping students realize their strengths and focus on areas where they can excel.

Experienced professionals at the SRTTC T&P Cell use effective approaches to motivate students. The Placement Cell helps reduce anxiety about the first job by organizing industrial visits and internship activities. The mentors provide insights into workplace behavior, corporate culture, decorum, workplace ethics, and even dressing sense.

Writing an effective CV is another important aspect. Pre-placement training helps students create professional and self-explanatory CVs. The Cell provides guidance on body language, do's and don'ts during interviews, and group discussions to impress recruiters.
