Central Library
In present situation library can be called as an excellent information center. Dissemination of knowledge & information is the main function of the library & library generates information through various forms of collection, such as books Journals & Periodicals etc. We are committed to provide an easy and ready access to library resources for updating the knowledge base of students and staff.
The ambience of library provides pleasant and quiet atmosphere for studies. Self-development and learning starts from a student’s mind. Keeping the same in mind, our library has been designed to provide a conducive atmosphere to our students.
The college has well equipped library with Reference Section, Journal Section, and Reading Hall & Stack-Room. Library is enriched with wide variety of books, well equipped with modern facilities and resources in the form of books, e-journals, CD-ROMs etc.
The Center Library is equipped with SLIM Software Package which is an Integrated Library Management System (ILMS) with Barcode Scanner that supports all in-house operations of the library. The Central Library can be accessed through the On-line Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) within the campus premises.
We also provide multimedia library for our students as well as Faculties.
We have subscribed various technical and non-technical magazines for user’s enthusiasm. Also we are subscribing to well known journals and periodicals especially in the currently relevant fields of Computers Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering.

Book Bank Facility
- There are various facilities and services which are provided to the users of the library.
- We are providing this facility to more than 90 students.
- This scheme is available to all Degree and Diploma students of all braches.
- We are providing book bank scheme for 1st three rankers and 2 TFWS student for each class and vice versa.
Objective:
Book bank facility is established with the objective to help students community, especially for toppers and weaker sections too.
Important Information:
- Students have to bring their library cards for Book Bank facility.
- A set of 5 books is issued to each student availing book bank facility.
- The student can keep the books with them for the entire semester.
- Writing and highlighting in books is not allowed.
- Lost book should be replaced by a new book of the same title with the latest edition and overdue charges for each book.
- Books should be returned in a good condition on or before the last theory examination otherwise a fine of Rs.10/- per day will be charged.

B. NATIONAL DIGITAL LIBRARY
The National Digital library of India (NDLI) is a project under Ministry of Human Resource Development, India. The objective is to integrate several national and international digital libraries in one single web-portal. The NDLI provides free access to many books in English and the Indian languages
Following is the process of Accessing NDL by the students and faculty.

Books for home reading• Issue of books to card holder only. • Maximum period-10 day • Re-issue only 2 times(only if others are not reserved the same title). • Two books will be issued at a time. • In excess of ten days, fine of Rs.1 per day will be levied, and after first 10 days a fine of Rs.5 be charged and thereafter for each day a fine of Rs.10 will be changed. • Students should use the book carefully and see that they are not spoiled or damaged Use of the library is strictly reserved for readers possessing a library card.Readers are not allowed to borrow books on the card of another reader. |

For loss of books• For any loss of books/periodicals/question papers • Inform to the library staff immediately • Replacement of the book and fine of Rs.1 per day will be levied, and after first 10 days a fine of Rs.5 be charged and thereafter for each day a fine of Rs.10 will be changed. • The library committee reserves the right to suspend the membership of any member found misbehaving, Deface or tear pages of book, magazine or newspaper cost of the same will be recovered from the student. |
